Au Revoir Alice

This has got to be the best 'cake' I've ever been given (apart from my 21st Alice in Wonderland teapot). This croquembouche was made by the one and only Ganache Patisserie in Castlecrag. What a way to end  the best ever Saturday job in le monde! I'll miss the shop terribly, and of course all the lovely customers. However, I'm not going too far... I'll be here on le blog! It's time I stood on the other side of the counter on Saturdays! Time for shopping and normal weekend activites.

As they say... change is like a holiday.

Thanks to Larissa, Simonetta and Kelly - we'll be friends forever.
