Giambattista Valli began his career in Rome,
where he worked with some
of the most renowned designers.
In 1997 Valli relocated to Paris and in 2004
he launched his own fashion label and first shop.
Valli has been
celebrated by the international fashion community
for creating feminine, romantic and
dramatic dresses.
An aesthete at heart,
Giambattista Valli finds inspiration in the scents of Cire Trudon
and in 2010 he approached
Cire Trudon to create a signature candle,
Rose Poivrée, which was originally sold exclusively
at his Paris boutique.
With the head notes of Lily of the Valley, Madagascan Pepper and Tangerine,
the bouquet of fresh and lush Rose, Palmarose and Amber as the heart notes
evokes Marie Antoinette’s love of the flower.
Finishing with Sandalwood and Musk, this limited edition Rose Poivrée,
now available at Serin Cini, truly makes the perfect Mother's Day gift.
